writing worries down

An end of the day quiet reflection

Some questions for the end of the day:

  1. What did you do just for fun today?
  2. What did you learn?
  3. What made you smile?
  4. What made you think?
  5. What do you feel thankful for?
  6. What and who supported you?
  7. Who did you help today?

If you have any worries or concerns from the day, write them down on a piece of paper or in your journal. You can now release these worries. They will most likely pass. If they persist, spend time with your journal, in meditation, or prayer. Answers, in time, will surface if you are centered.

In peace,

Debra : )
