Stop losing sleep worrying about something!
1. Ask yourself: “What am I worrying about?” Get the facts.
2. Ask yourself: “What can I do about it? Analyze the facts.
3. Arrive at a decision
4. Start immediately to carry out that decision: take action (do something about it)!
5. Once you’ve decided on a course of action, JUST DO IT! No second guessing or looking back.
Now go to bed and get a good night sleep : )
