what is possible

“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” ~Les Brown What Is Possible?

We are so accustomed to disguise ourselves to others that in the end we become disguised to ourselves. ~François Duc de La Rochefoucauld

What is possible on any given day?

What is possible without limitations

in any preconceived way?

The gift we humans have been given is freedom:

Free to make choices,

Freedom of thought…

For most of us, freedom to visit and live wherever we want

and do whatever we want (providing we are not breaking a crime…)

Hmmm…..

No need to put ourselves in confining boxes of over comfort and malaise

or masks that cover up our true identities.

Closed doors can swing wide open and

wise words can be said from a place of integrity and honesty

rather than stifled and pushed down to an abyss of regret-

It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are. ~e.e. cummings

WHAT IS POSSIBLE?

In Peace,

“I will view my world with fresh eyes” and other affirmations for the day

Each time I focus I create a new beginning.

I set an intention to look at my world with fresh eyes today and see what’s possible…

Whatever I do today I will do my best.

If it’s not important, I won’t worry about it.

Anything that comes out of my mouth will be kind.

I smile and walk lightly with the knowledge that I am love.

Have a Blessed Day,

Debra

What is possible?

Tonight  I invite you to use your imagination to think of what is possible. Don’t censor yourself.

If you want to, get out your journal and ponder and write down the answers to these questions:

  1. What is possible for our world?
  2. What is possible for our society?
  3. What is possible for our country?
  4. What is possible for your hometown?
  5. What is possible for your neighborhood?
  6. What is possible for your church?
  7. What is possible for all of the organizations that you care about and are committed to either with your time or money?
  8. What is possible for the idea of community?
  9. What is possible for your finances?
  10. What is possible for your creativity?
  11. What is possible for your having fun and adventure?
  12. What is possible for your passions?
  13. What is possible for your love life?
  14. What is possible for our education system?
  15. What is possible for your child’s school?
  16. What is possible for your marriage?
  17. What is possible for your family?
  18. What is possible for your career?
  19. What is possible for your business?
  20. What is possible for your body?
  21. What is possible for your heart?
  22. What is possible for your spirit?
  23. What is possible for your soul?
  24. What is possible for your dreams?

Write down as many ideas that come to your mind and to your pen and paper….

What a wonderful exercise to do before going to bed or if you are having a hard time sleeping. When you do go to sleep or back to sleep, your mind will drift off thinking about and imagining all of these wonderful and blessed possibilities….

Just imagine!

Good night.

A Journal Exercise: What is Possible?

Recently I have been asking myself that question. It is a very empowering and exciting thought. We never need to feel like we are in a rut. If we are “playing it safe”, we are not growing. The most successful people around us are not afraid of challenges and risks.

A journal exercise: Write the question: “What is possible”? Then write down anything your imagination can experience. What can be? You will find this is so much fun. I do this sometimes before bed and it gets me feeling happy and excited about my life. It clears out any lingering fears or anxieties that may be lurking, waiting to come out as I want to drift off to sleep…

Going to bed in a positive state is what we want. That is really the main goal for our Warm Milk Journal readers.

Try this exercise and experience and live what is possible!
