The Corridor: A visualization to relax you and get you to sleep….

Close your eyes and see yourself standing at one end of a long corridor.

Breathe.

Visualize the word “calm” appearing simply in front of you.

With your mind, send the word calm floating down the corridor.

Do not follow it. Just keep watching it float away, down the corridor…
