To live a well balanced, rewarding life of our dreams by day and sleep restfully at night.
One of the worst things we can do when we can’t sleep is lie there and stress about it. That is why often here at The Warm Milk Journal I encourage you to get up, sit in another room and relax: read, meditate, gently stretch, listen to some music or write in your journal.

Mew, my adorable long haired black cat, knows how to kick back and enjoy life. I am quite certain that he does not lose much sleep ever.

6. Move when necessary
7. Stretch often
8. Be aware of surroundings
