Thank you for this brand new day.

I will play at making this day a blessing

by finding the lightness in all things and people.

I will seek the love and joy that is sometimes hidden behind

dark and heavy moods and tasks.

Oh, to release the fun energy in the middle of the workday-

now that is an accomplishment worthy

of my intention.

Thank you, thank you, and thank you

for this new day of life.

I will create a new beginning starting now.
