Twenty good moves to make in the game of life

Twenty good moves to make in the game of life:

  1. Cancel negative self talk
  2. Smile
  3. Wake up and be thankful when your feet hit the floor from your bed. You have another day of life!
  4. Play frequently, no matter what your age.
  5. Exercise
  6. Eat well (with a few treats here and there- you deserve it)
  7. Keep an open mind
  8. Live on 80% percent of your income (while you save ten % and tithe 10%).
  9. Be adventurous and try new things
  10. Be thankful for what you have.
  11. Have faith
  12. Nurture your spiritual life through journal writing, walks, meditation, reading,silence, prayer, etc.
  13. Keep your home clean and clutter free.
  14. When challenged, take things in small bits (you can only eat an elephant one small bite at a time).
  15. Breathe deeply
  16. It is good to know where you are going, but be sure to enjoy the ride.
  17. Help others.
  18. Be kind and gentle
  19. Choose your words carefully.
  20. Make your relationship with your spouse or significant other a top priority. Love is the greatest gift life can give you.
