If you are losing sleep because you have a partner who snores, you need to read this!

Not feeling well this morning because you did not get much sleep last night? There are very few things worse in life than not getting our sleep. If your insomnia is caused by a snoring partner, then you have landed at the right place.

Snoring is a tough one. Besides not getting your sleep, tension can develop between partners, not to mention the loss of intimacy if one partner has to sleep in another room. My husband and I just last year were in this position. We were newlyweds and yet due to my husband’s snoring, he was spending more and more time on the couch. I hated it.

We tried the usual things (those nasal air strips, different sleeping positions. etc). Nothing worked until John went to see an ear nose and throat specialist (same doctor who removed my daughter’s tonsils last year), and he recommended a product called Puresleep.

From the first night, it worked. I have not been woken up due to my husband’s snoring for close to a year now. It has been wonderful. It is also very nice to have my husband back in bed with me.

If you or your partner snores, do check it out with your doctor to rule out any underlying health issues that are causing the snoring. Then, do yourselves a favor and get Puresleep.

Note: I am not receiving any kind of compensation for promoting Puresleep. It is something that my husband uses for his snoring and it works! I wish the same for you.

In Peace,

Debra

Does your spouse snore? My husband and I found a product that really works!

My husband snores. It has been a very frustrating thing. We are still newlyweds (just coming on our first wedding anniversary). More and more John has been spending the night on the couch because of his snoring. We’ve tried various things: his sleeping on his side, nose strips, my wearing ear plugs, etc.

But nothing was really working. We both so wanted a good night sleep and I wanted my husband back in bed with me!

About a month ago John when to a local ear nose and throat doctor (same doctor who did my daughter’s tonsillectomy at Christmas time).

Well, he recommended something called Puresleep.

John was not real keen on doing surgery so he ordered this product.

What is it? It’s a plastic mouth appliance you wear at night, kind of similar to what people who suffer from tmj wear.

How does it work?

From PureSleep’s website:

The principle of PureSleep is simple: it moves your lower jaw forward, opening the airway enough so that air moves through unobstructed. No vibration, no snoring!

John has been using Puresleep for over three weeks now and he has not snored once!

It is really quite amazing. He complained of his jaw hurting at first but he seems to be getting used to it. He is sleeping quietly, we are both getting our sleep, and most importantly: my husband is back in the bed with me!

I am not getting paid by Puresleep to endorse their product. I am experiencing first hand that it works and want to pass this on to you.

I wish for all of you a good night sleep and having your sweetie right up next you to to cuddle with!

Love,

Debra : )

(yep, that’s me and my man. We are now sleeping much happier together. Yes!) ;-)
