I had the pleasure of speaking with Paige Wyatt the other day. Like many of us, Paige is an animal lover. She has a special little canine companion, Malibu.

Here’s an excerpt from my cat Mew’s exclusive interview with Malibu… (his first, by the way)…

So Malibu, I absolutely freak out during New Years and Fourth of July when those loud fireworks upset my peaceful feline world, how do you handle living with a family who works with very loud firearms?

I do not like them! But Paige usually keeps me away from the range and if they do fire guns around me she makes sure I’m in someone’s arms and covers my ears!

Do you like to nap as much as I do?

I love naps! It’s my favorite hobby!

I like to hang out and help my mom when she writes or cooks. What do you like to help Paige with?

Naps! I’m definitely her cuddle buddy.

I live for watching the birds and squirrels raiding the feeder on our family’s back patio, the sound of the tuna can getting opened, and of course, my mom coming home from work. What gets you excited?

Kids! I love little kids, I always get excited when I see one because they are the most fun to play with! And they’re closer to my size.

For me, life is The Mew Way, so it’s all about love, not stressing about much (except for when I’m getting stepped on, my dish is empty or my litter box is full). What if anything, stresses you?

Chaos, I love a calm happy vibe, and when things are too crazy I get really stressed out.
