Friendship, the Mew Way:

1. Just being there is all important

2. A soft, kind look without saying anything goes a long way

3. Encouragement

4. Unconditional love and support

5. non-judgment

6. Assistance with most daily activities: blogging on the computer, paying the bills, cleaning the house, grading papers, cooking dinner.

7. making sure no lap goes cold while watching a movie on the couch

8. In the afternoons, makes the term “cat nap” a valid and authentic one

When in doubt,

1. nap

2. eat

3. purr

4. spend time outdoors or gazing out a window with a nice view of the outdoors

5. stretch

6. cuddle with a loved one

7. squeeze into a box if one is available
