Tonight before you go to bed, write at the top of your journal entry:
I have purpose!
Then just write! Write confidently. Do not judge. Just write.
If nothing seems to be coming out, that is okay. When you are ready to turn the lights out and go to bed just affirm: ” I have purpose”! and go to sleep.
Our subconscious minds will go to work as soon as we go to sleep. When you awake, you may want to try this exercise again with your morning coffee or tea…
