It’s Moan Free Monday which means this is a day to:
1. Put our best foot forward. We can start first thing. As soon as we wake up in the morning, when our first foot touches the floor, say “thank” and when the second foot follows and touches the floor say “you”.
3. What we focus on grows. If we decide to have a great day and new work week, we will!
4. Remember: to only live for the weekends means we are not really “living” five days of the seven that we have. That’s a lot of our lives to not be present and to be wishing away…
5. Plan on doing something nice for yourself today. Go to yoga, schedule a massage appointment for after work, go out for dinner (why wait for the weekend?)
*Most of all: do not complain!

When we complain we are screaming out to the universe: “give me more of this!” If we don’t want more of what we are complaining about then it is best to be like my cat mew: hold our tongues, change our thinking into something more positive, and only complain when we absolutely have to.
For instance, it is okay to complain if:
If these six scenarios above are not currently applicable to you, then don’t complain and enjoy your life!
