What Are Your Ten Words?

Tonight's Journal Writing Exercise 

Here's a great journal writing exercise for you tonight:

Open your journal and without thinking too much about it, simply write down ten words that come to you. These are your words (for the moment anyway).

For example, I just did this exercise a short while ago and my ten words were:

Simplify

Sweet Spot

Yoga

Silence

Write

God

Peace

Just Be

Journal writing in this way gets you present with yourself and taps into something special... give it a try.
