Top Three End of the Summer Sleep Tips

It's Labor Day (here in the US anyway) and this is a perfect day to take it easy and sleep well tonight.

Here are my top three end of the summer sleep well tips for you:

1. Unplug from your technology. Challenge yourself to go on an outing without your phone.

2. Enjoy some end of the summer season cherries. Cherries are known to have melatonin, the hormone that helps you sleep.

3. Get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Beach, Forest, a neighborhood park... it doesn't matter where you go. Just get outside

Enjoy the last sweet days of summer and sleep well!
