Can Helping others Help us Sleep Better?

Coming from a place of service and helping others offers many benefits including:

1. The recipient(s) of your good deeds benefits

2. The world is a kinder more loving place when we are looking out for one another

3. When we put our focus on something (or someone) other than ourselves we get a sense of peace and enjoy less anxiety.

4. What you give you shall receive.

5. It feels good to do good and at the end of the day when it is time to go to bed, you will enjoy this sentiment within yourself.
