I have kept a gratitude journal for many years now. I can remember many years ago, getting Sarah Ban Breathnach's The Simple Abundance Journal of Gratitude. I got in the habit of writing down a few blessings every day back in 1996. I kept it up and just added entries as the years passed. When we stay focused on our blessings (even if just for a minute or two a day) - it makes a huge difference in how we go about our day and experience life.
Tonight, I simply invite you to write down a few things you are thankful for right now. That's it. I wish you a blessed and peaceful night.
