Keeping a Gratitude Journal

With a Thankful Heart All Things Are Possible

I have kept a gratitude journal for many years now. I can remember many years ago, getting Sarah Ban Breathnach's The Simple Abundance Journal of Gratitude. I got in the habit of writing down a few blessings every day back in 1996. I kept it up and just added entries as the years passed. When we stay focused on our blessings (even if just for a minute or two a day) - it makes a huge difference in how we go about our day and experience life.

Tonight, I simply invite you to write down a few things you are thankful for right now. That's it. I wish you a blessed and peaceful night.

For the record, tonight I am thankful for:

  1. My health
  2. My family
  3. My cat
  4. My friends
  5. The sounds of wildlife in our backyard
  6. My beautiful Florida home
  7. Yoga
  8. God
  9. quiet
  10. Good music
