Tonight, I simply offer you my five best tips to keep anxiety at bay so that you may live well and sleep restfully at night. Sound good? You can do this. You got this!

  1. Give yourself a media diet. Be highly selective about what you read, see, and listen to.
  2. Spend time outdoors. 
  3. Challenge yourself to stay off your phone. Definitely keep your phone and tablets charging in another room at bedtime.
  4. Say yes to what and who you wish to say yes to. The rest, say no (and be at peace with it).
  5. Whenever you feel stuck with an over active monkey mind, ask yourself "I wonder what my next thought will be"? (Thank you, Eckhart Tolle).
