You know you’re onto something, and I mean really onto something (as in, your soul is getting fed and you just know you will sleep well tonight) when these ten things are happening:
1. You come home from work with energy.
2. Your teenager tells you she loves you.
3.People seem to be smiling at you frequently.
4. You feel affirmed!
5. You feel supported.
6. You are not tempted to look at the classified ads or Craigslist because you love your home and job!
7. You are happy and secure in your relationship or marriage and you have a harmonious home as a result
8. Your pets are content.
9. There is money in your bank account.
10. Little things that could stress you out just don’t.

1. get silent for a few minutes tonight: take a bath, take a walk, write in your journal, or meditate.
2. Write in your journal before you go to bed all of the things that you feel thankful for.
3. If there is something that you want in your life, go ahead and write in your journal exactly what it is you want.
Go to sleep tonight knowing you are loved, you are safe, and you are blessed.
