Freedom from Anxiety: a journal writing exercise

Nothing is more difficult, and therefore more precious, than to be able to decide. ~Napoleon Bonaparte

I have a few questions for your journal writing today:

1. What would freedom from anxiety mean to you?

2. Do you feel like you are “stuck” with anxiety? If so, why is that?

3. If you decided here and now to be free from anxiety, would you want to make that commitment (even if you were not yet sure exactly what to do)?

Go ahead and explore, and just write.

I did this exercise. Later on in my next post I will share with you some insights I gathered from my writing…

Have a blessed day!

Debra
