Debra,
It truly is a matter of the mindset and perspective how we view our days and all the 'great' stuff of our lives. It's amazing to me how we can use our journals to initiate the fabulous energy from focusing on the very GREAT things we are already blessed with. It can truly help turn around a challenging time into something to be grateful for.

I have chosen your post, I Have a Great...Journal Writing Exercise, as the #JournalChat Pick of the Day on 5/2/12 for all things journaling on Twitter; I will post a link on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, my blog and website Refresh with Dawn Herring, and in Refresh Journal, my weekly e-journal: http://refreshwithdawnherring.blogspot.com/.

Our topic for this week's #JournalChat Live is Your Journaling: And the Verdict Is...; Thursday, 5/3/12, at 5 EST/2 PST for all things journaling on Twitter.

Thanks again, Debra, for your GREAT journaling prompt; I always love your ideas.

Be refreshed,
Dawn Herring
