Before I turn in and turn off the lights, I would just like to make a quick entry in my gratitude journal:
Tonight I am thankful for:
1. My health
2. My job
3. My family
4. The time I have had alone this evening to relax and connect with friends on Twitter and Facebook
5. Good leftovers so I don’t have too cook tonight
6. My daughter being happy
7. My friends
8. My comfortable bed
9. My writing
10. Florida, my beautiful home of five years!
What are you grateful right now? Write it down, savor it, and drift off to sleep with all of your many blessings floating happily in your mind.
