
I started going to Bikram Yoga last summer, four months ago exactly.
What am I learning as I continue this practice?
1. To respect my body
2. My body may feel differently on any given day
3. It is bliss to empty my mind for a little while
4. I am important and it is necessary to take care of my health
5. Things that initially seem impossible become doable with practice and persistence
6. I sure do sleep well if I go to my yoga class!
