Write down five things you love, five things you appreciate, and five things you want.
Remember, what we focus on grows. What we appreciate, appreciates.

My entry would look something like this tonight:
Five things I love:
1. My husband
2. My kids
3. My cats
4. Good coffee
5. Practicing yoga
Five things I appreciate:
1. Being married to a loving, intelligent, sexy, and kind man.
2. Having a job that has meaning and challenges me (and yes, provides me with a steady paycheck).
3. The wonderful sunny climate of Jacksonville, Florida (I spent 15 years in Seattle.)
4. Great music
5. Movies that make me think.
What I want:
1. Financial freedom
2. Adventures with my husband
3. My children to grow up feeling good about themselves and independent; ready to live their lives on their terms.
4. To be a published writer.
5.To be fit and healthy and magnificently vibrant!
