3. going at leisurely pace that is right for you (whatever the task is)

4. practicing acceptance

5. practicing forgiveness

6. emptying your cup

7. decluttering and simplifying life as much as you can

8. doing only the things that matter to you

9. knowing you are loved

10. knowing you are safe

11. knowing you are enough

12. not thinking so much
