
The universe does not like a void. Ask questions and answers will come. For tonight’s journal writing session, simply write down some questions you have. Then close your journal and breathe. Meditate. It is nice to do this exercise right before sleep.
If I were to do this exercise right now, these are a few questions I would write down in my journal:
1. How can I best use my time and energy this summer?
2. What should I focus on first?
3. What is most important?
4. Who am I?
