New Day, What Do you Have In Store For Me? A morning meditation and journal writing exercise

Dear Day,

What do you have in store for me?

A simple and wonderful way to start your day is to sit in a quiet place and close your eyes and ask this question. Then just sit and be quiet and still. Breathe.

When you are ready to, open your eyes. Write in your journal whatever comes out.
