To live a well balanced, rewarding life of our dreams by day and sleep restfully at night.
Darkness is there, but light will always prevail. This new season is proof of this. Since the winter solstice our sunlight has been returning.
We do still experience darkness, however, during these lighter, warmer months. Tonight’s question for your meditation or journal writing time is this: what can you do to bring light into the dark areas of your life?
A few ideas I have:
Ways that light prevails:
1. Light prevails when I remember that I am always bigger than any problem(s).
2. What I choose to focus on creates my life experience. I choose love.
3. A radiant smile works magic (given or received).
4. One small flame is all it takes to spread light.
5. One small kind word or gesture can do the same.
