I AM Happy Now! An affirmative journal writing exercise

 

In your journals, write down everything that you are. What are some great things about you and your life?  Declare it! Even if it is something you feel you don’t have right now (but want it), declare it anyway, Now! Feel it. Then give thanks for it. This is a very powerful exercise and a great way to start the day- especially a Monday morning. 

For example, this would be my entry this morning:

  1. I Am happy now! Thank you.
  2. I Am healthy now . Thank you
  3. I Am loved now. Thank you
  4. I Am thriving now. Thank you.
  5. I Am enjoying creative fulfilling work now. Thank you.
  6. I Am a loving and supportive partner now. Thank you.
  7. I Am a patient teacher and mother now. Thank you.
  8. I Am thankful for all my loved ones, Warm Milk Journal readers, and new friends on Twitter now. Thank you everybody!!
