 15 essential components to getting a good night sleep:

  1. Feeling good about your day. 
  2. Having some exercise during the day.
  3. Eating well.
  4. Not having too much caffeine
  5. Not having too much alcohol
  6. Being centered
  7. Feeling safe, secure, and loved.
  8. Comfortable temperature in your bedroom
  9. Comfortable bed
  10. Comfortable sheets and blankets
  11. Comfortable pajamas and socks on your feet
  12. Comfortable pillows
  13. Looking forward to the next day (in a peaceful way- not overly excited way)
  14. Dark and quiet room
  15. Having no worries. Enjoying your life
