Tonight write down anything you can think of that makes you happy!

What we focus on grows. Writing down such a list will make you feel great. Give it a try.

A few ideas that would be on my list tonight-

What makes me happy?

  1. A great dinner
  2. A good movie
  3. Coming home after a full day at work
  4. Hugs and kisses
  5. Planning for my wedding
  6. When I know that I have inspired one of my students or readers
  7. My daughter becoming more accepting of my fiance
  8. Kitty cats
  9. Beautiful sunsets
  10. Walks in the rain (I feel so alive!)
