Yes, it seems like an endless list. The good news is that we are bigger than our anxiety. We have it within us to find our peace, our loving center. Love, my friends, will beat over fear anytime- hands down.
So this evening I encourage you to just breathe and be content with the knowledge that you are peace. You are love. Outward circumstances and situations will come and go. You have the good stuff within you to stay the course. The calm, strong course.
Perhaps in your journal this evening you can write a few words of affirmation for yourself such as:
I am peace
I am safe
I am loved
I am enough
I am bigger than my “problems”
I enjoy life at my ease.
