- Write down some successes you have had recently.
- Write down any way you have improved somebody’s day.
- Think about some challenging times in your life which you survived through.
- Think of all of the lessons you have learned through adversity.
- Tell yourself: “I Am enough”.
We are stronger than we sometimes think. Stand tall. Move swiftly and gracefully. Look straight ahead.
