I Am confident: a journal writing exercise

Here are some writing prompts to get you focused on just how powerful you are:

  1. Write down some successes you have had recently.
  2. Write down any way you have improved somebody’s day.
  3. Think about some challenging times in your life which you survived through.
  4. Think of all of the lessons you have learned through adversity.
  5. Tell yourself: “I Am enough”.

We are stronger than we sometimes think. Stand tall. Move swiftly and gracefully. Look straight ahead.

You are moving in the direction that you want.

    Debra,
I really like the emphasis on confidence in this journaling prompt you penned. I like the comprehensive list that encourages folks to look at what they are doing right! Some terrific positive energy to spread around on our journaling pages! Love it!

I have chosen this post, I am Confident, as #JournalChat Pick of the Day, for November 2, 2010. I will be posting it on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and on my blog under the box I have for #JournalChat Pick of the Day entries.

    Be refreshed,

    Hi Debra,
I am going through a challenging time right now and I would have never thought to journal about it with “I am confident” prompt in mind.
Taking out my journal now ….

    Best wishes for the day.
    Marcus
