12 Ways to reduce anxiety, The Mew Way

My cat Mew is a lot of things but stressed and anxious he is not. He is one laid back, mellow fellow.

His twelve tips for anxiety reduction (or elimination):

  1. Sleep in.
  2. Take frequent naps.
  3. Let the other cat be the alpha.
  4. Stretch frequently.
  5. Be all about love.
  6. Have faith that the food bowl will remain plentiful.
  7. Cuddle close to a loved one often.
  8. Enjoy the view from wherever you are.
  9. Purr with passion.
  10. At vet’s office be sweet and make gooey eyes with everyone.
  11. Know you are loved and adored.
  12. Train others well: expect to be pampered.

      Hi Dawn,
      Yes, cats are the best, aren’t they? I am always inspired by them. I do the same with Mew. When I come home I will ask him, “So, did you have a good Mew day?”.
      He meows in response.
