Set your intention for tonight

What is your intention for this evening? It can be anything you want it to be.

Rest and relaxation? Fun with the family? A little bit of solitude? Work?

Here is my intention for tonight:

I intend

to let go of the day and

relax into a quiet evening of reading and reflecting. I will focus on what is important in my life.

I will remind myself that I Am enough! This evening is mine to enjoy and just be.
