If you are:

  6. feeling sad because life just seems so darned hard

Please know that you are:

  2. you are loved
  3. you are encough
  4. things will get better.
  5. feelings pass. Give it time.
  6. Be kind to yourself.
  7. Be gentle.
  8. Do something outrageously silly tonight
  9. smile and laugh
  10. make love and dance
  11. watch a great chick flick
  12. and know…
  13. tomorrow is another day.
