Today is a day to:
- Take a deep breath. The weekend is here.
- Consider the things that are worthy of our time and attention.
- Consider some things that we can release and let go of (empty that cup…)
- Move our bodies.
- Spend time with loved ones.
- Watch some football.
- Eat good food.
- Breathe some more and feel thankful for our blessings. We are alive.
