Eight things to do today

Today is a day to:

  1. Take a deep breath. The weekend is here.
  2. Consider the things that are worthy of our time and attention.
  3. Consider some things that we can release and let go of (empty that cup…)
  4. Move our bodies.
  5. Spend time with loved ones.
  6. Watch some football.
  7. Eat good food.
  8. Breathe some more and feel thankful for our blessings. We are alive.
