There are so many things that affect whether we get a good night sleep or not. We sure can tell if we did or not by how we physically and emotionally feel. What a difference a good night sleep makes. And if we don’t get one? It’s just awful, isn’t it? You just kind of shlog through your day (I’m not sure if that is even a word but I will go with it).
