Today during your quiet journal writing time, please think about the role fear is playing in your life right now. How much power does it have over you? Write about times in your life where fear has held you back. Can you also think of a time when you overcame your fear? How did that feel?
For this exercise, just become more aware of the role fear has played and currently is playing in your life. In future posts, we will explore ideas on how to push through our fears to improve our lives and our sleep.
