It&#039;s something I work at regularly. We cannot control everything. In addition, letting go, allowing different, more useful perspectives, and actively forgiving make our daily experiences so much more positive. Life is too short to add more stress and strife. Your suggestions are great.]]></description>

As my wife says, NEVER dwell on the 1 negative but live in all the positive.  i.e When we return from a vacation and I dread the unpacking &amp; laundry - she says &quot;Stop dwelling on the minor negatives and remember all the fun out family had on vacation!&quot;  She is SO right :-)]]></description>
