As you go about your day, think about what you are thankful for. What are some ways you can show your appreciation?
- Write a few things in your gratitude journal.
- Email, call,text, or write a note of thanks to someone in your life.
- Thank your spouse for the delicious meal he or she prepared for you last night
- Thank your spouse for any shopping or housecleaning he or she does today
- Look your pet dog or cat in the eyes, pet them and thank them for being such a terrific companion who gives you unconditional love always.
- If you receive great service today, tip generously
- Pray and thank God for the abundance in your life
- Smile and just feel thankful as you go about your business
- Breathe and be thankful for each precious breath of air you get into your lungs
- Be thankful for each bit of food you eat today that nourishes your body
