these are great tips! For me personally exercising about an hour before I go to bed is the best way to get a good night sleep though. Lifting weights or running for a long time might be too stimulating of course, but having a nice walk, doing a Pilate or Yoga workout or just a few push-ups and sit-ups always helps me to get rid of some &quot;stale&quot; energy in my body and float away in the dreamland ;-)

By the way, I love your blog too! You have a lot of great information cooking here :-)]]></description>
