To live a well balanced, rewarding life of our dreams by day and sleep restfully at night.
For tonight, a simple meditation to try:
meditate on the divine, God, the Universe, whatever spiritually has meaning for you. Just breathe and think of God repeatedly.
If you want, you can use the universal sound of God, “ah”, as a mantra.
Breathe. Repeat your mantra.
