- you are sleepy and your body is ready to rest, heal, and restore itself
- you are yawning happily
- you are stretching in preparation for sleep
- you are drifting, lazily and contentedly above all worldly cares
- there is a smile on your face and in your heart as the cares of the day melt away…
- you are getting closer to that dreamy world, let yourself enter it…
- you are relaxed from head to toes
- you are ready for sleep
