We all need our sleep. To lose sleep on a regular basis can be quite miserable and debilitating. Sometimes there are circumstantial reasons we lose sleep such as noisy neighbors, too much light in our rooms, snoring partners,indigestion, etc. Often our insomnia is caused by an anxious state. It is hard to have a restful night when our minds are racing. The main purpose of this blog is to offer ideas to get our minds onto something more positive and peaceful.
